Return & Exchange Policy

The return time frame:

You can exchange or return goods of good quality within 14 calendar days, not counting the day of purchase (the day the order was received).

The return conditions:
Products without signs of use and with original fittings (tag, seal, packaging) are accepted for exchange.

We reserve the right not to accept/return products with obvious signs of wear - traces of cosmetics, deodorant, or stains. Transport services, in this case, are not paid for by us.

Exchange for another item or size
If the ordered item does not fit or you do not like it, you can exchange it for another product from our website with an additional payment or a refund of the difference in cost.

To do this, you need to place a new order on our website and indicate “Exchange” in the comments.

If at the time of the exchange, a similar product is not on sale, you have the right to either purchase any other products from the existing assortment with a corresponding recalculation of the cost or terminate the contract and receive a refund in the amount of the value of the returned product.

The money paid for the goods is returned within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmation of our acceptance of your return in terms of completeness and appearance.

Who pays for the return?

The payer is the sender, except for marriage and our mistakes.
